What TheBonk.cc is
TheBonk.cc is an independent tracker of Canyon bike stock and availability. We are in no way affiliated with or endorsed by Canyon. All availability, price, and delivery data is collected automatically and can be out of date or wrong — always confirm the official details on Canyon.com before ordering.
Your account
Browsing stock is free and needs no account. An account is required for monitoring. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials to yourself. We may close accounts that abuse the service (e.g. scraping, automated signups, or resale of alerts).
Purchases
- Monitoring access is a one-time purchase: it unlocks up to 20 active monitors for 12 months. It is not a subscription and never auto-renews.
- Buying again while access is active adds another 12 months on top of your remaining time.
- Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record; applicable VAT/sales tax is handled at checkout.
- Refunds: if something's wrong, email support@thebonk.cc. Statutory consumer rights (including EU withdrawal rights) are unaffected.
What we can't promise
We work hard to catch every stock change, but we can't guarantee that data is accurate, that every change is detected, or that every alert is delivered instantly (email and SMS delivery depend on third parties). A monitor notifies you once per re-stock; you can re-arm it afterwards. TheBonk.cc is not liable for a missed purchase opportunity, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
